"Excellent customer service."

I booked over the phone, however I didn't know at the time it was a third party booking agency. The hotel manager was gracious and accommodating. In truth I was very upset when I got the first room because it was not what I paid for over the phone. My husband and I were trying to have a nice day with our daughter, she is autistic and can't handle large crowds at water parks. We wanted to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly, even the maids in hall said good morning. I want to thank the hotel manager and the staff for being accommodating. My experience turned out better than I expected.

We are a brand new constructed hotel as of 2015. There are 109 rooms on four floors including 31 King Suites with pull-out sleep sofas. Every guest room has a microwave and a refrigerator. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center, game room, and guest laundry services. Meeting room space is available. The meeting room is 1020 square feet of space, holding up to 120 theater style. Break out room's are available upon request. Free wireless internet is available in the meeting room area. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire hotel in all guest areas including, but not limited to, guest rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area, business center, meeting room, pool, fitness center and outdoor areas. An outdoor gated patio in the front and the rear of the building are for guests use. The gated patios have a gas grill in both the front and rear for the convenience of all of our guests. There are outdoor fire pits on the outside patio as well. Free self-parking is available during the duration of your stay. Bus parking is also available. The Hampton Inn & Suites Bartonsville is located near Mt.
