I recently stayed 7 nights at Red Roof Inn PLUS+ South Deerfield – Amherst and had a very pleasant experience. What stood out most was how kind and thoughtful the staff were during my stay. When they noticed I had parked in a handicap space, they kindly moved me to a handicap accessible room right near the front lobby without me even having to ask. That small act of consideration meant a lot and showed me they truly care about their guests. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and accommodating the entire time. Their kindness made my stay much more comfortable and I am very grateful for the level of service they provided. I would gladly stay here again.
