The customer service and check in process was friendly and of high quality. The check out was the same. Our room was excellent and comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it just keeps getting better and better. It's all about the staff! Isabelle even remembered me from when we stayed here in September!
We were in Manhattan so our little dog could have surgery at KSU. The hotel was PERFECT! So close to EVERYTHING. Hotel personnel Crystal, Brooke, Isabell, so nice and always had smiles and time to talk…WONDERFUL stay!
Had a lot of fun! Good staff.
