Appreciated the handicap accessible roll in shower! A shelf in the shower area would have been helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast was well done. Staff was very friendly.

Last night I had to stop in Richfield for the night. I was traveling with a severely special needs son who doesn't sleep well. I was nervous about the night. Avi, from the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He worked things out so that our stay was comfortable and affordable. My son actually slept through the night! Thank you Avi for going above and beyond to help my family. The rooms were clean and quiet. Great stay! Will stay again! Wish there was more people like Avi out there!
