Here for a surgery on a working dog at OSU. The staff is exceptionally caring and so understanding of the dog's need. I don't think I have ever been at any hotel where the staff prioritized the customer's needs like this one. They help at every turn. I would stay nowhere else.
Clean rooms, nice outdoor seating, friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful navigating us around the city as visitors.
We needed immediate hotel accommodations due to an illness in the family and found the Fairfield Inn to be very accommodating and service oriented.
The customer service manager went the extra mile to get me an extra night on my stay when they were very busy.
We enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was good and your people were so nice.
