It is a beautiful hotel centrally located to attractions. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The view of the water was gorgeous, a great view. We'll be staying again on our return trip.

"Excellent check in and very accommodating to our needs."

The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. We needed a room with no stairs as my sister had a walker and could not do stairs and they were able to do that even though the hotel was fully booked. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view of the harbour on the 4th floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanaimo.
