The hotel has lovely spaces to sit on very comfortable chairs and settees. Very different experience from the usual hotel layout. Staff could not have been more helpful.
We had a wonderful stay, unfortunately our allocated room was not a good match for us, we went to reception and they couldn't have been more helpful hey changed our room with no problem at all, the room was spotlessly clean and perfect for our stay in York. Breakfast was very comprehensive with everything we could possibly need, staff were very helpful and efficient. We would definitely highly recommend the hotel to anyone that is looking for a hotel in a perfect location to see the beautiful city of York.
