Just spent four nights, five days at this resort. Our second time at a Secrets. from the moment we checked in the staff was so friendly and personable. Brandon was our concierge and he was very hands on and made sure we had everything we need. He also gave us a generous gift for the spa on site that we could obtain by seeing the UVC presentation. We ended up signing up and intend to use at other Secrets properties. Peter and Del Roy were very educational and supportive during the presentation and that is a huge reason why we chose to sign up. The food at all the restaurants we visited was outstanding. We enjoyed every meal and had conversations about what was our favorites. The only frustration we had was restaurants rotating who was open and closed, since the St James property was being renovated, this made the restaurants a busier and had waits for dinner. We had a beautiful ocean front room that was very pleasant to wake up to every day, watch the sun go down as well as sit outside in the evening as well. Every time we needed to request something it was completed promptly. Housekeeping for both morning and evening service was friendly and responsive. We are already talking about when we are coming back. Thank you for an amazing trip.
