"New rooms"

This was our second visit to the Hampton Inn in Ellsworth. They are renovating and what a treat! Beautiful clean and brand new room! The same pleasant staff, nice breakfast and easy access to the highway and tourist spots! We will be coming back! Very nice hotel!

"Best experience in hotel customer service"

We had an incredible stay here. Every staff person we dealt with was very helpful and kind. Any issue we had was immediately handled with a smile. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. Facility was very clean. We often stay in Hampton hotels, but this experience was above and beyond. Shout out to Jay for exceptional and friendly service. Also to Stuart who made us feel very welcomed every time we walked in the lobby. An excellent hotel experience!
