"Greeted with bubbly"

The welcome by staff was just beginning of an overall very nice hotel experience: friendly, efficient, helpful staff; lobby had both cold water and coffee; restaurant adjacent (though we opted for another restaurant down the street just to experience the town); room was very spacious!, comfortable beds; ecology minded bath items as well as the in room French press coffee vs pods. Great downtown location with easy walk to popular coffee spots, restaurants, shops and beautiful park at the rivers edge! Valet at a reasonable cost or self parking options. We recommend and would stay again next time in Bend, Oregon.
