The staff is very nice.
Total untruth, deception, deceit and false information from onset of inquiry of room. I was misled to believe this was a four star hotel, was misled about cancellation policy and was not able to communicate either by phone or email after arriving at hotel. Their app and website would not insert the itinerary number or phone number in an attempt to cancel the second night, so without much sleep or rest we left after the first night's stay. Bed was to hard for sleeping, A/C system was not functioning properly and I won't mention bathroom. I will write this up as a lesson learned for not to use Expedia.
