I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and familiar. I feel like they know me! I have stayed four or five times and when I walk through the door, the desk agent says, “Welcome Back!” It is a safe and well lit property. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Minor wear and tear in textiles (window dressings, carpets). Breakfast is really good. I've had similar offerings at other hotels around the country and this hotel just does it better! The beds are comfortable, I wish there were a couple firmer pillows, but I'm just being picky. The TV has worked in every room I've rented. Good cable selection, free WiFi and a warm cookie! I stay here for work about once a month. I love it and I won't stay anywhere else.
Our stay for Thanksgiving was very convenient and comfortable.
From the time we walked in until the time we left, everything was like we expect it to be but seldom is. The front desk, the housekeepers and the breakfast staff were not only professional they actually seemed happy, spoke to customers and smiled a lot. Wife is handicapped and room met all her needs. We will stay here again when we are passing through WR.
