We stayed five nights at the firebrand and skied every day. The bus to the mountain was convenient and it was always nice to come back to the cozy lobby of the hotel. We found the staff to be more than accommodating and went the extra When we needed them to. The hot tub on the roof is a an added, plus. Highly recommend. The food in the hotel was also quite goodand the hotel itself is also a very easy walk to other great restaurants in town. Highly recommend.
Very functional hotel with comfortable bedding and good environment. One of the staff members went the extra mile to get a box fan for us and communicated effectively. Breakfast was challenging with long waits and housekeeping only gave us decaf one day. Otherwise, no issues.
