staff were friendly and helpful. I use a cane and the helped with my luggage and because I was traveling on to Buffalo for the day, allowed me to check in a little early. Room was clean an well appointed. Room and hallways were quiet and the housekeeping was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Would stay again and be happy to recommend.

Loved it. The staff was great in every way and were always there to help. Gave me great advice on restaurants and their own personal favorite (The Barrel). Rooms were spotless and sound proofed. Never heard anyone else or any traffic. And the price was very reasonable. Can't say enough. I will definitely return to Comfort Inn. Loved the city as well. Thanks to everyone there and hope to see you all sooner rather than later. You're the best. Take care.
