I stay at this location often. The staff is very attentive and caring. We had an issue with The Booking the front desk and the manager were extremely helpful in trying to solve this issue. I am so grateful.

This hotel was outdated, especially since it had no elevator and the vent system was not functional. The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Hotel staff was very nice, but the reservation department should have disclosed the lack of an elevator. This was very difficult for me since I am in my 70s.
