"Desk staff was accommodating"

Very pleasant and accommodating that he explained booking between 3rd party and directly through the hotel had created some problems particularly in leaving our car we thought as part of the package we pd while away. Anyway that was settled after we pd more, gave us a free bfast and will allow us to stay close to our daparture time for our trip. We usually stay in this hotel and we'll remain as customer during our trips. Thank you for excellent service !
