My recent experience was very good! The staff, tho short handed and working very hard to accommodate guests including a tour group that arrived when I did, were very calm and efficient. Getting into our room was delayed a couple of hours but the hotels' proximity to nearby eating establishments, was great. Highly recommend choosing this hotel!
Nice location and quiet.
When I called for my reservation, I was happy to get a room close to the desk into the pool. It was actually called accessible suite and I really appreciated that. I have mobility issues that are getting worse so I was very happy to be accommodated.
My husband and I booked a room at the Comfort inn and Suites and from the time we walked into behind hotel to register We were treated with respect and hospitality. The cleaning staff and the front desk staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and the room we stayed in met our needs very well,Clean and comfortable and I would recommend highly the Comfort Inn Medicine Hat to be a high quality place to stay.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms have been recently renovated. They were very clean, had a great walk in shower and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were very good with a great variety to chose from. It was a wonderful location, right off the highway and close to restaurants and a nice mall. Would definitely stay here again as it was a very reasonably priced.
