From the moment we walk through the automatic door we know we can relax. The front desk is always welcominf and friendly. There is always a list of local goings on right up in the lobby.our room is ALWAYS ready and clean. We never need to worry about anything. The staff is so friendly, especially in the complimentary Breakfast we love interacting with them. The rates are perfect for what we get. Having everything right there in our room with the fridge, microwave, coffee.. And if we need more there is always the convenience store 24/7. We already booked for next year! See ya for RF '27.
Very clean, extra products for sale, great coffee bar.
The location was great for shopping and riverfront views. The breakfast was good and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
We loved staying at the Cobblestone in Chippawa, staff room as great!

Was unable to make the trip so had to cancel. Logged into my account and entered my confirmation number to cancel. Then I just went to the website. Received messages that they were unable to locate my reservation although I was charged for it when I made the reservation in April. I sent a message to cancel my reservation. No acknowledgement that it was received. Later I received texts reminding me about checkin and then later with a receipt. I can't give a review because I had to cancel but I certainly had difficulty navigating my reservation online.
