Greeted by excellent exciting staff and felt welcomed. Checking in was quick. Explanation about the hotel was thorough and clear.

Very clean, quiet room with comfortable beds; friendly staff.
Booked two rooms, for three nights each.one for elderly Mother in law with scooter. One Elevator in four story hotel that didn't work properly and it was small, a hassle to come and go. Toliets flushing was a hit and Miss. Sound on TV in one room was a whisper. Air conditioning in one room was a joke. Halls was hot. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. My advice, find another place to enjoy ur time in Branson.
