Upon my arrival I was great by a new male trainee. He was very pleasant. There was a computer issue an with the Computer and the manager on Duty Clover took over. Clover worked with the general manager on the phone to resolve the issue quickly. Clover (yes really is her name) were wonderful and extremely helpful with my requests for things where is the ice machine and can I have an extra blanket.
The location can't be beat if you're biking along the Empire State Trail near Albany it's right off the path. The staff was on point and the hotel was in fantastic shape, clearly updated recently. Such a great stay, especially last minute!
Perfect location of room; helpful staff; good breakfast; clean room; here before and will come again.
