My companions and myself had an overall great stay. Everyone I interacted with was on point in the customer service department. Shelby at check in was very efficient and let me check in for both rooms instead of having to do the 2nd one later. Dave was very helpful in giving suggestions for our full day to play tourist 😀 Now Bev, in the breakfast area was a treat and I wish I were as energetic as she is. She helped me with the new fangled toaster and asked if we needed anything. What a treat she is. It was a great stay, very conveniently located by a Walmart and other stores as well as minutes away from family who live in Oak Ridge TN. I will be back and hope to see those same smiling faces ☺️.
