My husband had surgery and we stayed there from Sunday to Thursday. We just didn't know how long we would be in Lubbock. But each day,the staff there took great care of us. Thank you very much for the comfortable room, etc.
Clean, friendly staff, accommodating. I stay every time I'm in Texas.
This hotel is close to our doctors and as usual it is so clean. Everyone is so friendly and the manager was so helpful in clearing up a booking problem. She was very quick to accommodate us with the room we needed. We will be staying here anytime we come to Lubbock. Thank you all.
