All went well. The bed was so cozy I didn't want to get up. If you need anything and the staff aren't around, Stephanie, the manager, has posted her direct line to her cell phone. All I had to do was make a phone call and presto! She picked up, was gracious and resolved the issue. Five stars out of five!
