The desk clerk at the Courtyard Marriott in Kingston was amazing. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. She had a lovely personality and was most gracious. I would definitely choose this establishment when I venture to visit my area relatives.
Clean reasonably priced great staff
The hotel is welcoming from the moment you walk into the lobby. The room was beautiful, immaculate, roomy, updated and well lit. perfect! Its location is ideal. restaurants, cinema, grocery, drug stores, shopping. everything is convenient. Will definitely stay again!
Understanding of my son dies.
I was surprised to see only one person taking orders and preparing them for breakfast and dinner.She worked diligently but would be better if another person helped since those meals seemed popular with guests.I was happy to see the person behind the front desk help her when the line was long.
