It met all of my expectations. It was quiet, convenient to attractions, trains, restaurants and shopping. If I didn't look straight ahead and just looked down, I had a great view of the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable.
I stayed here during the Chicago Marathon. Extremely accommodating staff, especially to runners. Every person I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
