I made a number of requests when we checked in (extra hangers, extra luggage rack, etc.). The woman at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Over the next four days, I found all of the employees there exceptionally nice and helpful. Comfy beds. Very pleased with our stay.
Customer service is excellent and room was clean.
