Overall faultless given how busy it was. Fresh air in room from open window and complimentary water a plus. Also bathroom products good. Everything worked. This is a well managed hotel. You can tell by staff attitude and engagement.

"Relaxing Stay"

A perfect place to stay before a long flight. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and extremely quiet especially considering the hotel is literally across the road from the airport. I would definitely stay again.

"Great airport hotel."

We have stayed at this Manchester airport before. Very close to the terminals; you could walk but there is a complimentary shuttle bus. Reasonable rates, clean and comfortable rooms and a good bar serving food. The staff here are extremely polite, helpful and friendly, which makes all the difference. Recommend.
