"Nice Hotel friendly staff"

A nice hotel in Ft. Smith, AR. It's an older hotel with good updated bathrooms. They have a bit of a parking problem, but we were lucky enough to get a good space on the street nearby. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

"Always A Pleasure"

I came there for my birthday staycation. Reservation online was easy. Check in was super simple and the young lady at the desk was so sweet, explained everything and also gave me a breakfast coupon for myself and my boyfriend since it was my birthday. The room was clean, welcoming, a home away from home. The breakfast was very good and the waitress was so sweet and patient with us since it was our first time dining there. I will always recommend this hotel.
