Amber and Cecil, Teresa and Bobby are extremely helpful and very pleasant. Amber addressed a complaint I had and immediately corrected it. Cecil's kindness to help if he sees you struggling was a breath of fresh air. Teresa and Bobby at the front desk were extremely polite with great customer service. I reported an issue with my toilet in my room and Isaac was on it. The rooms are show wear and tear however they are clean and what I liked the most was that they are non smoking.
