We enjoyed our stay at the Shore Hotel. Even with a late check in, our manager Adriano made sure to make it right in many ways. I would recommend staying here!
The room was well laid out. Shower was hot and powerful. T/V was easy to use and broad content available. Bed was comfortable. Very little outside noise and blackout drapes kept room dark. Minibar had good snacks. Everything was exactly what one expects for $575 in Santa Momica. The best compliment is the room and service exceeded the expectations. Staff: From the car park valet, to check in and the wait staff all employees acted like it was their pleasure to help. 10 of 10 on staff.
Adriano, the hotel's concierge, went out of his way, every small detail was taken care of with great sincerity.
