Every aspect from reservation,check in, checkout is performed with the customer in mind. Rooms have always been immaculate. And those check in cookies finish the night perfectly. If I could suggest one thing. Room 602 had a tremendously loud humming noise coming from the bathroom ceiling. We simply closed the bathroom door to minimize it's effect on the other rooms. Will not stay anyplace else when in Phoenix. Thank you for the beginning and ending of a fun filled trip.
