I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful room in Tallahassee and cookie I was given after checkin.
This hotel had a super friendly staff and location was spot in! I used the valet car park super easy and convenient.
It was a great stay. I'm very grateful for Samuel White, who helped me print out some important papers. He was very helpful despite the late hour.
Good location and room was clean.
The staff is excellent, particularly Brianna and another young lady whose name I've forgotten: She is maybe in her 30's? (I'm not good at estimating age), has long dark hair which she wears pulled back from her face. Very attractive. She was on duty at the check in desk the morning of December 21st. These two young ladies were animated, interested, accommodating, kind and patient.
Remarkable reception from Lori Kaye; Alma in housekeeping is a blessing too. Great, helpful, approachable team.
Excellent front desk customer service. Room clean and comfortable.
