The staff here went above and beyond for me, Kathy at your front desk was more than kind and helpful, but also compassionate. I not only became ill on my stay but my credit cards were hacked. It was a nightmare on my end. I rebooked twice until my new cards arrived and then booked another stay for a week to get well. I will always be on the look out for an Extended Stay when I'm traveling and will continue to stay here in Nashua when I'm back home to visit in NH! I can't thank you enough. Betsy.
