There was a bad hail storm and many drivers with damaged windshields etc were stopping in the front desk worker was so patient, caring and accommodating to all of the travelers. Room was very clean.
Cassandra at front desk is remarkable friendly and professional.
It was a nice quiet stay, the employees were kind and attentive and it was nice to see the same ones working from our last visit! The cafe employee was really working hard to keep the cafe clean and every item full for us. We sure appreciated her hard work! We will be back.
All the personnel here are like family hotel clean calm safe. On the river. Wonderful.
