This hotel, a part of TopSail Village, is located on the west side of Scenic Highway 30-A and was completed in July of 2010. 30-A Suites is less than a mile from TopSail Hill Preserve State Park which offers over 3 miles of secluded white beaches, coastal dune lakes, and sand dunes towering over 25 feet tall.
