I was visiting my nieces and family in Woodland over Christmas and Debbie Cromer truly made our entire stay magical and meaningful. From the moment we arrived, she was delightfully cheerful, welcoming and genuinely eager to help with any and all of our needs. Her positivity and kindness made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, bright and cheery. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added so much enjoyment to our stay. Our room was tidy, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—the fridge was absolutely perfect for what we needed during our visit. Thank you, Debbie, for your wonderful customer service and for going above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. We left the Best Western glowing and smiling from ear to ear. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!
