I recently stayed at The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile from March 11th to March 14th and it was the perfect home base for a Chicago getaway. If you are looking for a spot that puts you in the heart of the action while providing a high end, comfortable retreat, this is it. The Room and View: First and foremost, the room was immaculately clean. As someone who is picky about hotel hygiene, I was immediately impressed. But the real "wow" factor was the view. We had a perfect vantage point of the city skyline that felt like a living postcard, especially as the lights came on at night. Amenities and Products: The attention to detail in the amenities really stood out. I have to give a special shout out to the showering products. They didn't feel like the cheap, generic soaps you find at most hotels; they felt premium and made the stay feel much more like a luxury spa experience. It's those small touches that make a big difference. Location and Dining: You truly cannot beat being right on the Magnificent Mile. We were steps away from world class shopping and iconic landmarks. A huge bonus for us was being right next door to Gino's East. Having world famous deep dish pizza just a few steps away was incredibly convenient (and delicious!). Overall Experience: Between the prime location, the friendly atmosphere and the quality of the room itself, this stay exceeded my expectations. Whether you're here for the shopping, the food, or just to soak in the Chicago architecture, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip to the city!
Super clean hotel with great service and an awesome location. The continental breakfast was honestly one of the best I've had—really fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay here again!
I always enjoy staying here, it's like a home away from home. The staff is friendly and understanding, never a dull moment here!
