Everything was very good.
When I made my reservation I had requested a room on the first floor near an exit door because I have problems. I was reserved for a room on the second floor. Tyler, the receptionist, was quick to check and make the change to me to the perfect room. So helpful and accommodating. He was later very quick to help me when my room key wouldn't work and had to be reprogrammed. I can't remember a time when a hotel receptionist was that quick and willing to help. The room was spotless and well maintained. Very pleased with my stay.
We typically stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting our youngest daughter and her family who reside in the area. All the staff are gracious hosts and very helpful. even during the power outage.
The staff we encountered were all personable and efficient. We were especially impressed with how Sunday breakfast was so well run, despite standing room only customers.
Marsha at the front desk was extremely helpful with several issues we encountered. I enjoyed the full time coffee service. It was very helpful in the middle of the night.

We have been staying at this hotel for a few years. Friendly staff. Not much left for breakfast at 8:45 when breakfast is till 10.
It was a fair hotel. Sausage gravy was great at breakfast.
