The Holiday Inn Express in Greenville, OH showed us compassion and understanding during what was a really tough personal time. It is well run, no maintenance issues and the staff are friendly, courteous, thoughtful and professional. I particularly want to commend Yash, Nicole and Teri for their kindnesss and hospitality towards all of us. I highly recommend this hotel.
Staff very pleasant Room was clean and updated. Surprised Looks like we will be returning guests.
The room was clean. Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was wonderful. Water was hot for the shower.

We have stayed at this location several times. The front desk clerk Joyce was excellent friendly and informative. The breakfast attendant Nicki was very good and area clean and well stocked. Always a pleasure to stay at this location.
