This was a great experience. The hotel was nicely decorated and extra clean! Great place to park your car if headed on a cruise. Front desk staff even called our room, once we had time to get settled, to make sure everything was good with the room! Customer service is not dead after all, thanks Holiday Inn for getting it right!
The staff the past two days have been so friendly and helpful! They helped me the night before get my reservation corrected. They answered all our questions and held meaningful conversations. The facility was clean and stocked! We will definitely use this location every time we come see family!
