We enjoyed our stay tremendously; the accommodations are first rate and the customer care fabulous.
Clean, quiet room, elevator was nice as we requested a first floor room but ended up on the third floor. Located next to a great Deli and market, which was a big plus.
My husband and I are here in Palo Alto for his surgery. I have been back and forth from the hospital to this hotel. I have never stayed here before, but must say how nice it is. I feel safe and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and staff very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and will be using this sweet hotel again! Thank you so much!
The hotel was neat, staff was great and enjoyed the sandwiches from the driftwood market.
Our room was very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony! Bed was so comfy! Walls a bit thin. Had an enjoyable stay!
The rooms are quite small but they are clean and quiet and have everything you need. And there is a good Deli right next door. All the staff was nice. No complaints.
