The positives: Friendly staff, clean, wonderful rooms, some "old world charm" (historic items on the walls, old pump organ in lobby, building architecture harkening back to early last century), very central location to down town Muskegon, a wonderful view! We had a hot tub in the room! I'd say it was very nice place to stay overall! And yes, I would stay there again next time!
We had a great room with a view of the lake over the marina. The best part was having three sets of slider doors that you could open, which gave a wonderful breeze through the room.
Front desk was great, Food was okay.
The Hotel is five ⭐️quality. Rooms are beautiful. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. Sliding door in room was a nice touch. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms smelled good too. Priced right. I thought I would love having a Bar in Hotel, went down to Happy Hour to watch Detroit Tigers game. They did NOT carry the Network. Had to go to Carlisle's Good eats and Leisure's, downtown Muskegon to watch game then dinner.
Room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing!

Everything was clean and worked. Parking was convenient and free. Bar was open at night, despite it being during the week and offseason.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds. We had a balcony room overlooking the boats and water. Very relaxing enjoyable stay. Lake House Restaurant was a 10.
We are always greeted when we enter, check in is smooth and friendly as are all the staff. The views are amazing and the venue is so conveniently located near amazing downtown. Rooms are pristine and beyond comfortable!
