From the time that I checked in my experience was great! The front desk agent “ROC” was professional and Very kind and accommodating. We were also very cold in the room and he helped us adjust the temperature. Also, it's a great location. Good breakfast and all the staff was great! I will definitely stay here again and other Hyatt locations. Thanks so much!

I was in town for a conference and the hotel was great and being connected to the Classic Center.
As a business traveler, I spend countless time in many hotels. Occasionally I am impressed with a property because of amenities, the cleanliness, food, or the staff. On this trip I found each of these areas high in quality, presentation and service. I was especially impressed with the morning breakfast crew and the kindness Yasenia showed as she spoke to each guest during her work. Truly humbled to watch her friendliness and genuine attitude be delivered to guests.
Really nice facilities and staff were friendly!
