Shuttle picked us up from airport, drove us to local recommended restaurant and retrieved us after Early check in was so appreciated, super friendly staff.
Hotel has a free shuttle from airport to hotel and also has a service to take you to piers for cruise for a small fee. Hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous.
The front desk service was excellent. Very responsive and thoughtful. Friendly and caring. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk staff is what impressed me the most. Jasmine helped through two very difficult, stressful situations.
Shelby went out of her way to correct the mistake and find us the appropriate room. Shelby went above and beyond and should be recognized for her efforts.

Missed flight connection Good late night service. Called to get a room at one AM because of missed flight connection. Had shuttle to airport and room within about 30 minutes of calling. The front desk person was wonderful.
