This was our first experience at this hotel. The hotel common areas and the guest room were immaculate. The housekeeping staff is diligent making sure everything was in perfect order. The breakfast each day was delicious. The hotel manager was very helpful. The front desk person, Chelsea, was outstanding. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My family was in town for a death in our family and I broke down in tears in the lobby and Chelsea offered me a hug and tissues. She is an asset to your company.
