Check was efficient. Sarina and Dori very communicative and very nice employees. Manager was informative and also a good employee. IHG has an excellent staff at this Holiday Inn Express in Spokane Valley, Washington State.
Room was very nice, spacious,clean,breakfast had nice variety. Staff was very helpful. We were displaced by fire evacuation.
Otherwise everything was really good as we always expect.
Clean rooms, friendly people, good coffee and breakfast, reasonable rates. Convenient location. Yeah all good.
We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the cookies and milk!
