"Great customer service high quality accommodations"

When we arrived, which was well before check in time, Jordan, the manager, not only greeted us in the friendliest way but also allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room to a suite at no additional charge. His reception of us and his excellent service would make us recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Augusta Maine. We were here for a family funeral and were very grateful for his friendly greeting.

This is a very good, clean hotel. Added bonus is the nice breakfast buffet set up. The food AND the coffee were very good. Staff is very attentive a well.
