When we arrive at the Oaks Hotel we were advised our room that we booked for two nights, three days had issues and they had to send us over to the Hilton. The staff at the Oaks were very kind and helpful. When arrived at the Hilton they found the referral booking and upgraded us to an amazing suite. The staff at the Hilton were amazing and made our sister's stay wonderful. I would definitely book at the Hilton for my next visit to Niagara Falls.

The service was excellent and the room was nice with an excellent view of the falls. The complimentary coffee was also excellent.
The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean. The view of the Falls was beyond! I have stayed in the higher priced hotels along the strip and this hotel offers everything they do for a better price.
