I was very pleased with the staff and the facilities. Dog walk area was just big enough. Excellent location as well. But the front desk staff was what made the stay Awesome! I cannot brag enough on the care they take to make your stay the best.
Good looking hotel in the heart of it all. Close to everything. Clean and comfortable.
This hotel is in a perfect location in Pigeon Forge to experience everything. It was very clean and the staff was all very friendly.
Everything was great, planning to be back in September, save my room 509!
