Merry Manor is a very good family hotel. The accommodations,pool and breakfast are good for all! The coffee bar and water in the lobby are a nice perk along with comfortable lobby seating. We have visited this motel over the past as our family grew.

We love being in Maine and trying to keep the state as green as possible. We use LED light bulbs in all of our rooms and public spaces to use less energy. We ask guests to hang their towels if they plan on using them again so we can save water. Our rooms are equipped with a sensor thermostat that shuts the AC or heater off if it detects no on in the room to save electricity.
This is no normal "continental breakfast", we provide a free full American buffet breakfast each morning to our guests. The buffet features 25 different items including several hot item such as waffles, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausage, and many more. There is a special espresso machine that makes a variety of beverages to really get you going!

Yes, there is a pool on-site at the property. One of the things we are famous for is our outdoor heated pool that is open year round. We have guest swimming outside in February. Guests enter the pool from inside the hotel and swim out into the pool. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM daily. We also have an indoor 17 foot Jacuzzi with a therapeutic waterfall and a wading pool for toddlers.

All rooms are pet friendly with the exception of our themed suites. We have $15.00 per pet, per day, fee. A nice stay, not too far from downtown Portland, served directly by two buslines, 60 and 24A, going into downtown Portland.
We love staying at the Merry Manor. Whenever we come to Portland we always stay there. We love pool/hot tub area plus it's close to everywhere we want to go while in Portland. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
